Absolutely! There is a slightly different procedure for shipping globally due to the nature of high-value goods, which is normally worked out upon checkout. In some instances where special circumstances are needed to be considered, we will contact you after your purchase. 
Yes import charges will apply. We encourage all clients to check regulations of duty tax along with any import restrictions or regulations necessary for each Country. In some instances we are able to pay duty tax at purchase. You will need to contact us directly for this to be arranged.
All UK, Ireland & Scotland items are despatched and sent via UPS tracked insured delivery. Clients should bear in mind that all handmade items take 14 days to be processed. For custom bespoke work, clients should contact us to establish a date to be completed. 
For orders outside the UK we use UPS Worldwide Express delivery.
With the nature and materials involved, the standard consumer rights do not apply for items that are Custom, Personalised and Bespoke. For these reasons clients must understand that all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

FC Leather encourages all clients when needed to contact us regarding matching colours or seeking samples of colours before designing their items. 

With any mobile device, Android, Apple, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop, resolution contrast will affect the true colour representation. With many new features of night-time mode, screen glare and easy reading, these can all affect the true representation of colours on screen. 

FC Leather considers all of our client’s opinions and desires. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, then please contact us where we will do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase. Please consider and be aware of the nature and terms of our business with items being Bespoke, Custom and Personalised. You cannot simply ask for a refund or exchange. 

By following the sizing guide provided you will eliminate this from happening. If for any reason you feel like your item does not fit correctly, then please contact us where we will do our best and upmost to accommodate you.

Price On Application. 
When selecting any precious buckle or keychain that involves a precious material, stone or gem, a real-time estate price must be established. You simply continue to check out and a unique product code is generated, where a formal quotation and payable invoice will be emailed directly to you within one hour. Clients should be aware that quotations and invoices are valid only for a certain period of time stated on the document. 
We take the upmost care on where all materials are supplied from and we ensure all of our sources are fair trade. This means they are produced and regulated where staff are treated well and are provided with good working conditions. All animals are sourced from food production farms, where the stress levels of the livestock are appropriate and animals are dispatched in a humane way. 
Any precious materials have been certified through the appropriate channels and have been certified. 

With an ever-evolving Configurator we are always adding new lines ranging from colours, materials and components. If for any reason you don’t see what you require then simply contact us to arrange your requirements.
