DELIVERY
Each parcel dispatched by FC Leather is sent by UPS and is insured and tracked. It requires a signature for the UK, Scotland and Ireland and this service is free of charge.

For international orders.
All goods ordered can ONLY be shipped to the card billing address. For special requirements or gift addresses please contact us at sales@fcleather.co.uk

Every item produced and dispatched by FC Leather is documented with digital evidence, to ensure that our standard requirements adhere to quality control purposes.

RETURNS
Upon all items arriving, if any damage occurs during transit then this must be reported within 24 hours. Never send goods directly back without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please contact  sales@fcleather.co.uk for assistance and provide the order number, along with any relevant images or details of the damage.

Please consider before purchasing and ordering bespoke handmade, custom and personalised goods, that the standardised 14 day cooling off period for online shopping and your statutory rights DO NOT apply. All goods are non refundable and non exchangeable. 

Due to the nature of these circumstances we encourage all clients to request samples. If you are unsure of colours then please request these via: info@fcleather.co.uk

TAX FREE SHOPPING
For all non UK customers purchasing items from FC Leather retail shops, we are able to provide a Tax refund form allowing clients to claim back VAT.

Items being shipped internationally will qualify for the deduction of VAT at source.
