Each belt dispatched by FC Leather is sent by UPS and is insured and tracked. It requires a signature for the UK, Scotland and Ireland. UK Delivery is included free of charge with each order.

Every item produced and dispatched by FC Leather is documented with digital evidence, to ensure that our standard requirements adhere to quality control purposes.
Upon all items arriving, if any damage occurs during transit then this must be reported within 24 hours. Never send goods directly back without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and provide the order number, along with any relevant photos or details of the damage.
Please consider before purchasing and ordering custom belts and personalised belts, that the standardised 14 day cooling off period for online shopping and your statutory rights DO NOT apply. All custom and personalised belts are non refundable and non exchangeable.

For all non UK customers purchasing items from FC Leather retail shops, we are able to provide a Tax refund form allowing clients to claim back VAT.

We only source the Finest Fairtrade Skins and Leathers for our leather belts from Prestige Tanneries in England & Italy.
All Belt Buckles are Handcrafted using Certified Gems and Fairtrade Metals.
